If you send your device to the shop for repair.

For a single-head coffee machine, the service fee (labor cost) is 600 baht (excluding spare parts).
For a double-head espresso machine, the service fee (labor cost) is 800 baht (excluding spare parts).

*Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of sending the device for repair, both to and from the service center.

For off-site services.

For double-head espresso machines, the service fee (labor cost) starts at 1,000 baht (excluding spare parts).

*There is a travel fee of 10 baht per kilometer for a round trip.

Boiler descaling service fee (entry the appliance to the shop only)

For a single-head espresso machine, the starting service fee is 2,000 baht (excluding labor costs).

Loaner device service while your device is being repaired.

The shop provides a loaner device while your device is being repaired.

ROMOLA NEX / Cosmo Cube / Etzel Max models: Rental fee for a backup unit is 500 THB/day (5,000 THB deposit).
ROMOLA Prime 1 Gr. model: Rental fee for a backup device is 800 THB/day (5,000 THB deposit).

*Shipping via courier service; shipping fee is 500 baht.

*Delivery by company vehicle, starting travel fee 1,000 baht.

If the device sent for repair was purchased from our store and is still under warranty, there will be no charge for a replacement device.
