Conditions for Returns

• Returned items must have a manufacturing defect or have been damaged during transportation.

• Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, complete, and with original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required, such as an order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have already been opened or used (e.g. ingredients with opened packaging).

• Products damaged due to improper use or improper storage.

• Promotional or special-offer items (unless the issue is caused by a product defect).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
